First Aid Training.Usually when you are required to do First Aid Training, its a bore and you go through the motions. However, this is the first time where I have been actively engaged and learnt some insightful tips on First Aid that I have never learnt before.I feel confident that I could be put into a perilous situation and be capable to manage the situation calmly. My knowledge has been expanded and developed greatly in this session.The delivery of the training and background experience of the trainer gave me reassurance that I was in capable hands. My time was worthwhile updating my first aid knowledge alongside practicing CPR.
